try riding bareback so you can ride to the rhythm to the horse then once you perfect it try the saddle and do the same as do did when bareback

You don't canter very much in the video so it is quite hard to see...but what stuck out to me is that you need to learn to sit the canter better.
Best way to improve anything in your position is to get a lesson on the lunge line without stirrups. It hurts like hell, but it really does the trick because you have someone controlling your horse so that you don't have to worry about him and you can concentrate on perfecting your position (especially your canter) and you have someone instructing you on your position only.
It helps to give you a better feel of the correct position and once you know what it feels like you can practice it yourself every time you ride. And remember, only perfect practice makes perfect, so make sure that you are always working on your position as well as your horse :) Soon it will become natural and you will be riding beautifully!

When I was learning to jump, I was told to stay in two-point (and eventually half-seat) while coming up and going over jumps. Usually instructors tell you to stay in two-point when you're learning to canter. I think you could benefit from practicing your balance in the two-point when cantering. But I think you did a great job if that was the first time your horse had jumped in a year!
