I have a new 55 gallon tank. My baby catfish died because I only let the tank cycle for only two hours. Now a few days later I'm noticing white fuzzy stuff growing all over my drift wood and my water is mercy. What should I do leave it? Or clean the wood and empty the tank and refill it? What is the fuzzy stuff. Please help. Thanks

Definitly bad. its fungus and has bad smell. better have it cleaned. it really stinks. happened to me as well.

be careful its not white spot .. killed alot of my friends fish

clean it or your fish will have to R.I.P just clean it tends to have a bad smell so i would clean it and don't add fish until its done cycling next time
