Fixed Income problem with Vet bill?

I recently got a puppy hes 9 weeks old but my problem is i dont have alot of income and cant afford all his vacinations the registration and also his meds seeing as he has tape worm and he ahd fleas i got rid of the fleas and now working on the tapeworm. but im looking for a way to pay the bills to where its cheaper. i live in buena park california and was hoping someone cld help

When my dog required a 750 dollar surgery, I found a vet that allowed me to make payments.

You knew your income before you got the puppy. If you had any common sense, you also would have known that puppies need shots. You can talk to the vet about payment plans or contact the ASPCA, but I think that the best thing for this dog would be to rehome him while he's still young & cute and somebody who can afford him will want him.
