Probably not. She's just adjusting. Give her time and pay lots of attention to her during the day.

never ever scold or turn your puppies crate (i'm hoping you're keeping her in one when she's not able to be watched) into a negative place. if you need to crate her, put her inside with a kong full of peanut butter or a treat so the area has a positive vibe.
puppies will eventually begin to adjust and even begin to like their crate over time. remember to check on her often and take her out to potty when she cries.

Let your puppy sleep in your room. She's cold and you know she's having a really hard time

Crate training a puppy is hard, (i'm in process of doing this myself). It's an adjustment for the puppy, not only are you confining him to a cage but you have him in a room alone where he may not be able to hear or see anyone else. 3 days in a new place isn't long at all.
Its a process, I would crate him in your room to start or near your room so when he begins to wine you can soothe him with your voice. This has been working for me.
I crate her at night, when she gets antsy and wines I call out to her telling her i'm still here and that its still bed time, so she knows shes not alone.
Good Luck, and try not to get frustrated with her. If she is young you have to remember that she is essentially a baby and needs to be taught and taken care of accordingly and if you dont have the patience for it right now, maybe a puppy isn't the right fit for you at this moment.
It really is like having a baby.

Of course not! :) He will eventually get used to it :D
That's what I do with my dog. Except I never let it go to my room. And I leave my dog downstairs. Hope I helped! :D
